Membership is open to anyone holding an Associate, Baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
Student Affiliation is open to anyone who does not already hold an undergraduate degree and are enrolled in a two-or four-year regionally accredited educational institution.

AAUW LIFE MEMBEERSHIP
An Individual Member may become a life member (a “Life Member”) upon a
one-time payment of twenty years’ annual AAUW national dues, based on the amount
of annual AAUW dues the year the Member elects to become a Life Member but
without credit for AAUW dues paid in prior years. Thereafter, the Life Member shall be
exempt from the payment of AAUW National dues.
AAUW HONORARY LIFE MEMBERSHIP
The AAUW Bylaws state: “An individual member who has paid Association dues for fifty years shall become a honorary life member and shall thereafter be exempt from payment of National and State Association dues.” Honorary Life Membership may be granted any time after payment of dues for the 50th membership year. Nutley honorary members are waivered National, State and Local dues.
